John has been vegetarian since 2009 and has been living a whole food plant based lifestyle since reading books by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Rip Esselstyn and T. Colin Campbell in 2014. John earned his Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University and is certified in plant-based cooking from Forks Over Knives (Roxube). He is a Certified Health Coach working with clients to develop strong, plant-based habits to improve their health. In his free time, he is on the Board of Plant-Based CLE, a Cleveland based non-profit, promoting the plant-based lifestyle. John works with Engine 2 assisting with event planning and logistics and manages the Engine 2 post Immersion coaching program. John loves being a part of the Engine 2 team and assisting people in creating healthy habits for a lifetime.
