Lacie lives in Portland, Oregon and is married to her best friend, Jonathan.  She is vibrant, happy, loving and fun to be around!!

Early in her life, Lacie experienced a hypertensive crisis and was diagnosed with end-stage renal disease.  A disease that ultimately leads to not one, but two kidney transplants – 4 years apart.  Needless to say, she is no stranger to struggling health, lengthy hospital stays and many surgical procedures.  Her quest for freedom from her illness motivated her to reclaim her health and quality of life.

Through nutrition and exercise, she has transformed her life. She is now healthier than most people her age – hospital stays are a thing of the past. She is immensely grateful for this wonderful path of wellbeing that she continues to travel on.
She believes that we don’t have to feel sick, tired or hormonal all the time. We don’t have to suffer from debilitating, chronic diseases. We can take our lives back and have energy, health, and vitality! There is always hope!

Lacie studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Health Coach. She realized that it’s difficult for people to eat healthy foods when they lack depth and flavor. This propelled her to attend the Natural Epicurean of Culinary Arts where she learned about Ayurvedic teachings and how to use food to heal the body. She craved to learn more wisdom about how the body works and how food directly influences it, so she attended the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy where she became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.

One of Lacie’s passions is to create health-supportive recipes that are tantalizing to the taste buds and packed full of healthy, powerful nutrition.  Through her Health Coaching, she inspires and guides others on how to overcome debilitating lifestyle choices.  Her talents truly touch the lives of those around her and help bring their quality back to life.
