I did this by walking to the local fitness center and buying a Fitbit Flex while I was there. It worked really well for me, and I ended up getting about four or five minutes of heart rate while I was walking. It was also pretty cool to walk over to the gym and see all the different machines and the people there. There’s a lot of walking in the gym, so being able to see the different people in the workout was really neat.
