I have been training for a few years now in CrossFit, and the best part is that it’s pretty easy. I think the best part is no matter how many times you’ve trained, you’re always looking ahead because you know you need to be ready for the next move.
This is why I like CrossFit so much. No matter how hard I train, the next move always seems to appear out of nowhere. It is almost like the gym itself has a mind of its own and doesn’t necessarily want to be bothered with you. For the uninitiated, CrossFit is a circuit training method that trains you to get stronger with less equipment; it is also a great way to lose weight when you’re training for a competition.
The way I train is by doing a variety of exercises that build muscle groups and then do weight training exercises that build muscle groups and add a little extra weight. It also has a lot of flexibility, as you can do exercises that you wouldnt do if you didnt have a CrossFit background. As long as youre going to do more weight training than a whole variety of different exercises, youll have to find a way to do it.
That said, CrossFit should not be considered a “good” workout if youre not going to do multiple exercises that build muscle groups and add weight. The point of CrossFit is to build the strongest and most durable muscle and joint groups. Its not for building muscle groups in isolation.
The best way to build muscle is by building muscle groups. Building muscle groups is good, but building muscles is best. When you build muscle groups in isolation, you get a little bit of an ego boost, but when you build muscle groups you get a whole lot of strength and durability. The key is finding a way to combine the two.

In other words, not eating enough calories is like a car that runs only on gas.
