Well, we do have a few ideas. A fat person is generally defined by a high BMI or body mass index, which measures your weight and height. A BMI over 25 indicates a person with high levels of body fat. That’s not much different than a doctor saying your cholesterol is over 360.
But what’s the difference between a fat person and a healthy person? Well, a fat person is defined by a high BMI, but a healthy person is defined by a low BMI. That means they don’t have much body fat, and they are in no way, shape, or form unhealthy. The only reason we can put them in the same category is because we think of all people as having to have BMI over 25.
People who are overweight often feel that they can do a little better in life than their BMI. When a normal person is in a healthy body weight that is fine, but something is off with someone who is overweight. A healthy BMI is not a bad thing, but something that makes a person feel better about themselves than unhealthy BMI people who are just normal. A BMI person with high levels of body fat is probably very unhealthy.
One of the great things about being overweight is that it’s not just about the clothes you’re wearing. It’s not just about the body fat you’re carrying around. It’s about the way you feel inside. And that’s something that is often overlooked by people who are just trying to lose weight.

But the best part of both of these things is that they are both very easy to do. I dont think I could do either one of them if it weren’t for the fact that I love to do both of them.
