In a similar way to a barbell workout, you can use the Rock-Abs to train your body to reach certain levels of intensity.
If you want to train your body to reach certain levels of intensity quickly, the Rock-Abs is an excellent tool. You use it to train your abs in a way that will make you feel like you’re hitting the jackpot. If you want to train an hour at a time or more, the Rock-Abs is a great tool.
