I’m a big fan of exercise in general. I love how it makes me feel. As with anything else, I want to be my best self. But right now I’m a bit stuck. And I don’t know how to do it.
One way to get better at exercise is to make it fun. So I thought I’d combine some of the best routines I’ve used in the past 5 years into the best exercise regimen I could think of.
The most popular routine for me has always been the “run and gun”. I’m not sure if this is because I’m a bit of a wuss or because I love running. Maybe both. But I wanted to combine the two because I love running and I love running without a gym membership.
So how does this relate to self-awareness? Well, if you’re an exercise junkie, you’re no doubt trying to do the same thing repeatedly but at the same time with a bit more intensity. But one of the things that self-awareness does is to bring your brain into line with what you’re doing. So the more time you spend exercising the more you’ll become aware of what you’re doing. The best routine for me has always been the rowing machine.
I’ve found rowing to be incredibly useful when it comes to self-awareness, because it brings your brain into alignment with what you’re doing. When you’re on the rowing machine, the machine itself is the focal point of your self-awareness. You can concentrate all your attention on the rowing machine and your brain will automatically be in line with what youre doing.
Well, when you are rowing, you don’t have to think about the rowing machine at all. You are simply focused on keeping the stroke long and consistent, and you are aware that you are doing so. It seems that if you get the hang of it, you can train yourself to do things without even thinking about it. I find rowing a great exercise for self-awareness.
I think rowing is a great exercise for self-awareness, but I also think that rowing is a great exercise for motivation. So I think they are pretty much the same thing.

I am not sure whether rowing is a good exercise for motivation or self-awareness, but I do think it’s a fun exercise. I think it’s a great exercise for motivation.
