We want to be physically fit. We want to lose weight. We want to be strong. What we don’t want to do is look like a lazy butt. You’re not going to look like a good person if you don’t work out. And how are you going to get motivated if you’re not trying to lose weight and stay fit? Well, if you’re not trying to lose weight, it’s not going to happen.
But if youre trying to lose weight, you will. Even if you dont know it. The best thing you can do to get motivated is find something that motivates you. If you enjoy exercising, then workout. If you want to get fit, then go to the gym. If you want something that you can look good in then find a gym. If youre not looking to get fit, then forget about it.

The only problem with working out is that it can become pretty uninteresting if you are not motivated to do it. I have to agree with you, there is an unquenchable thirst for any sort of workout that might motivate you to do it. I mean, really, how many times have you had a salad that was good but boring? I mean, it’s pretty obvious that a bagel could be fun to make.
For people who are trying to lose weight, the only way to get an interesting workout is by going to the gym, and that’s where you can get awesome workouts. The thing about a gym is that it is much more than just a place to work out. It’s a place where you can come to learn about what your body is capable of doing and how to improve it. I’m not saying that you should just go to the gym and come back if you have a bad day.
