I really like to do a few things at once. I like to do a lot of cardio. I like to do strength training. I like to go for a run. I like to mix things up.

You can build a strong base of muscle and cardiovascular fitness by doing something like this. It’s actually a pretty easy exercise. All you have to do is grab a bunch of weights and weight yourself up. It can be a lot of fun and it can really work your muscles. In fact, I think I actually prefer this sort of thing to most other cardio exercises.

I’ve always had this idea that I like to work out in small doses. I like a lot of cardio exercises. I like to do strength training. And I like to go for a run (or a bike ride) or a bike ride or a car ride. They’re all good ways to build strength and stamina. But I’m not really into all that volume.
