If you are one of those people who doesn’t want to do CrossFit, then you should be using resistance bands or dumbbells instead, since these devices are much stronger. The reason is because your muscles use the resistance to move. Resistance bands and dumbbells are the best way to use your muscles to move.

Resistance bands are most commonly used to do pull-ups. If you want to take this one further, you can use your own dumbbells and do pull-ups. Theres two reasons for this. The first reason is the dumbbells are so much stronger than a common pair of band-type resistance devices that you can use them together. The second reason is that they have a great weight-lifting effect that you can use for a variety of exercises.
