Dita Von Teese was born in a small Italian city in the 1970s. She is a writer and entrepreneur who owns a boutique clothing store called The Line. She is a woman of many talents, but the one that she is most known for is being a fitness expert. She hosts classes for hundreds of women and men through her company called Gymb, as well as several other fitness programs. This is her first fitness book, so I am honored that she asked me to write about it.
Like most fitness books, this one will focus primarily on what you can do to get in great shape. This book also includes recipes and workout plans that are easy enough for even the most picky exerciser to follow. And for those of you who have the time, this book is worth a read.
This book is about getting in great shape and then following a plan that works for you. I haven’t had the pleasure of reading a fitness book since my first one at age 8, so I appreciate dita’s willingness to share what she has learned and her willingness to share more of her knowledge. If you are new to fitness, this book is a great place to start.
Dita is an awesome workout coach. I have followed her for years and I know her work as a trainer, fitness coach, and nutritionist. I always love what she writes and this book contains a ton of advice on how to achieve your fitness goals.
I wish Dita had written about me and my goals, but I know she was referring to my own goals.

Dita is talking about the whole of fitness. She talks about the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of fitness. Dita is a fitness expert and has helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals. She also has written several fitness books. I highly recommend the book.
Dita is also a very busy woman, which is why she doesn’t always get to publish fitness articles on this site. I think she’s very deserving of the title of Fitness Expert.

The book is about how to train your body to do a seemingly impossible number of things in a very short amount of time. You know the drill, lift for twenty seconds, rest for twenty seconds, repeat, etc. Dita also mentions that the book is not meant to be just a workout, though it does include a chapter on the importance of diet and nutrition.
