    Registration Opens

    Meet in Eureka Hall to check-in, collect your badge, pick up your room key and camp itinerary. Be sure to stand on the steps of this 100+ year old landmark and take a photo of the mountains. The view is breathtaking!

    Workouts - Yoga, Swim, Hike, Relax

    Since Blue Ridge is on the side of a mountain, just navigating the retreat can be a workout. But if you want more-take a dip in the pool (Rip will surely be there!), go for a hike (trail maps available) or take a guided yoga class.

    Dr. Klapper pulls no punches in delivering this mantra. The phrase was famously framed and positioned on his desk while serving as staff physician at the True North Medical Center. This talk is the perfect spring board to our weekend - setting the stage upon which all others will build. Because at the root of it all, "it's the food!"

    Head to Blue Ridge Center for a boisterous buffet dinner. Past participants share that Camp Plant-Stock meals are their favorite part of the weekend because no matter who you sit with, it's great company. Everyone is on a different part of the same journey.
