As a team, they help individuals to reverse diabetes and come off all their diabetic medications by teaching them how to eat a whole-food plant-based diet. Start With Love: The mindset and practices that make healthy eating sustainable

When it comes to lifestyle change, most people know what they want to do for themselves, the struggle is in actually doing it. The complexity and challenges that hold you back from doing what you know is best for you come from the psychological and emotional world in which you live inside your mind.

The intention behind the choices you make is just as important as the choices themselves.

As a society, we’ve become largely disconnected from our food and our bodies, yet obsessed at the same time. Guilt, shame, and feelings of being “not enough” are often tied up into our eating experience –– but they don’t need to be. In fact, you’ll have more success when you let them go.

In this talk, Tara will explain how you can take back your power and create a healthy relationship with food, your body, and yourself. You’ll learn how to practice mindfulness, build self-awareness, and make healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable for you
