A front delt workout is a workout that is done from the front of the chair, with the person’s feet spread along the front of the chair.
Front delt workouts are great for a lot of reasons, but the biggest one is that they make your legs look longer and more powerful. It’s almost like you’re doing a lot more reps, but in a way that makes your legs look longer. You can also do a front delt workout where the person lying down is the chair and the person standing is the person doing the workout. This makes it a great way to do squats and lunges.
Also, if you have your feet spread a little wider (and thighs stretched up) you can actually get a great workout in, and its much easier to start off right. The best part is you dont have to spend a lot of time doing it. You can do it while sitting on the couch or even on the floor.
You can also do a front delt workout, where the chair person is your feet and the person standing is your thighs. Sounds like a great way to get your legs to lengthen without spending a lot of time on it.
