You can use the “Grippers” feature to either motivate yourself or inspire others. I have been using it for some time now, and I have found it very effective at motivating me (or inspiring me, depending on how you look at it).
As long as you’re not making fun of your trainers or being a jerk to them, Grippers is a great tool. Especially in the beginning when you’re just getting started with fitness. But if you take the time to motivate yourself using it, you’ll find that it will help you motivate and inspire others and that will be a huge help.
Another great gripper workout is to use the grippers in the morning. It’s a small, soft ball of grippers that you can throw like a tennis ball with a very small target. Throw a ball at your target, and it’ll get the ball back. It’s a great way to get your heart rate up and get motivated at the same time. It’s very efficient.
