The problem is that you can burn a bunch of fat and lose a lot of muscle for a short amount of time, and that is not good for your health. For example, if youre a beginner and youre trying to lose some muscle, you will burn a bunch of fat and then youll lose that muscle.

Because of this, it’s always a good idea to do a warm-up before your workout. So before your workout youll need to do something that will help kick-start your metabolism and make you loose some fat. I mean, you can’t just hit the gym and expect to lose weight. That’s a huge mistake.

Pre-workout is a good idea. Not just because it will kick you into high gear and help you lose that weight. No its because it will help kick-start your metabolism and make you loose some fat. And when your metabolism picks up, youll be burning fat to power your muscle mass and prevent weight gain.

So if you dont have time to get out of bed in the morning, you should have time to make time for what really needs to be done. Ive found that a couple hours of exercise three times each week has been a great way to jumpstart my metabolic rate. Its just as simple as that. Go to the gym.
