As the saying goes, “it takes a while to get into shape.” It starts, not immediately, but by your 30’s, then 30 years, then 30 years. You must give yourself at least six months to a year to get your body into the best shape it can be. Don’t get me wrong, I know that you don’t want to lose weight or get ripped, but you don’t need to jump into the gym right away. Slow down. Take care of yourself.

You have to take care of yourself. You have to take care of your body by sleeping, eating right, and exercising. For a lot of people, though, it takes more than a few months to get into better shape because the body starts to betray you, and you have less than a year to fix it before it breaks down. The good news is that you dont have to wait until you’re 40 or 50 to get into better shape.

That may be the best thing I’ve heard from a professional bodybuilder in a long time. When I was a bodybuilder my trainer told me that he would go to a friend and get him started at a new gym. I was skeptical and wanted to wait until I was too old to work out. I was willing to let this friend go to work with me for a year, but I wasn’t willing to wait that long. Because even at age 31 I was still too young to start.

My trainer tells this story of how he got started in bodybuilding. He went to a local gym and said, “I want to work out. I think I could get in better shape if I just started getting up and working out.” The gym owner told him, “No, you have to start at the age you are now.” He had no idea how old he was, or how old he wanted to be.

I just read this book which describes the most effective workouts that you can do and the one that I recommend is the “10 Minute Workout”. Most people who start doing the 10-minute workout are amazed at how quick they can feel the results. I would encourage anyone to just try it and see.

I think a lot of people who are interested in getting in better shape think that they can accomplish this goal by exercising less and eating more. I think that is a bit of an overreaction. You don’t have to starve yourself to do the 10 minute workout. You can just eat a cup of coffee or a bowl of cereal and you will end up getting in better shape. Plus, you don’t have to exercise in a gym.

I do not think that a person should try to be ultra-athletic when they are just trying to get in better shape. I think that the person should be doing the 10 minute workout to get in better shape. If you want to be a better athlete, then you have to do something with your body, and I don’t think that you can do it on the bench or the bike.

Otherwise, you don’t have time to do the 30 minutes, and you’re just moving on to the next workout.
