You do you! One last thing, I’m not condoning salty foods, but I am saying that you should not take a salt supplement. Just because you are exercising doesn’t mean you should take in more than the amount of salt in your sweat. If you are going to eat any food, eat it plain. If you are going to drink anything, drink water.
