Why We Love jacob’s ladder workout (And You Should, Too!)

I got in shape by following the Jacob’s Ladder, an old method of lifting weights. I took the time to learn how to use proper form and how to hold myself accountable to a diet to get healthier. I also had a lot of fun while following the ladder and I’m hoping that the same positive results will come back to me when I’m no longer following the ladder.

I’m hoping that with time and proper self-control, I can get back to the basics and get rid of all the excess weight I’ve put on in the past year.
