I have always been a runner. In fact, I grew up swimming and hiking and running trails in the woods. I ran cross country in school, and ran a few times a week on the trails. I also took up biking. And now, I am a runner.

I think it’s good to run outside a lot, but a lot of the time that means getting out of the house as well. We always have the option of running through our town, but this time I ran through a small town called Blackwood. It was very cold, so I was running on trails and the trails were really muddy. I made it through, but it was a very difficult workout. I didn’t know how to swim. I was a bit scared to swim.
