I know some people who use chewing gum or mints as a pre-workout drink. That’s fine for me. I just like chews and mints. If I’m going to work out, I’d prefer to be doing something I like to do rather than something I don’t like to do.

This is a good idea. Chewing gum or drinking mints before a workout is one of the most effective methods of pre-workout consumption. It allows you to focus, think, and work on the things that improve your performance. Plus, you know how hard it is to last through a workout without chewing something tasty.

I have learned to enjoy the taste of mints before working out. When I was younger, I would snack on mints before every workout just to get off of my feet and ready for the workout. I used to get off to a bad start and find myself on the floor, but the mints kept me on my feet and ready to work out.

I have a huge weakness for mints. I love the way it tastes on my tongue and the fact that it doesn’t get any bigger than a speck of dust. I can’t imagine chewing on a peppermint stick, or even chewing on a mint leaf. I’ve had my share of ‘what does that taste like?’ moments, and that one minty taste is the best of them all.

The best thing about this one? Well, I could go on and on about this, but the point is that just having mints on your face is a great way to kill a workout, and also a great way to get off of your feet. We all have the power to get off the floor anytime we want. If you want to get off the floor after a workout, all you need to do is just take a deep whiff of Mint Choc Chip.
