Don’t underestimate the importance of prep, not only for the ingredients you will be using, but also for the prep work you will need for the actual cooking process. The best way to prep is to start with the basics, and then use that to inspire yourself to do what you want to do. If you look at something like a pizza, you have to have a lot of ingredients, and that means there will be a lot of prep work to do.

If you want to make your meal more creative, there are a few other tips that you need to keep in mind if you’re looking for inspiration, like using spices and herbs that have been dried before you cook. This also allows them to have a longer shelf life and so you don’t have to buy them fresh.

There are a few tips that I wanted to mention, but I couldn’t just leave them out. For instance, I had a recipe that called for garlic, but I didn’t have any. I also don’t recommend eating raw garlic. Although it’s pretty easy to find fresh garlic at markets, if you get sick, it’s very hard to heal on a regular basis. If you do have raw garlic, it is safe to eat.
