We’re always on the lookout for ways to keep us physically active. That’s why, for instance, you may see a workout routine that involves a lot of cardio, like a rowing machine. But that’s just the beginning.

If you want to get a good workout, you need to keep your body moving. Thats especially true if you’re working out with others, because its actually common for people to work out the same way or in the same order as everyone else. If you’re not making an effort to keep up with your friends or keep moving in the general direction of your workout, your chances of staying motivated may be very low.

In the case of scorpion, the goal of the workout is to push the upper body, the arms, the back, and the legs at the same time over and over again, building up resistance.
