The speed skating workout is one of the best workout videos you can find on YouTube. It’s the only one that I know of that’s been made into a movie. If you’ve ever seen an episode of Extreme Pumping, you know exactly what I’m talking about. It’s the only workout that I can find that involves doing an entire workout in under an hour.
The workout is a short one but its an awesome workout. The only problem is that I don’t think you can see the speed skating because the video is locked to the screen and the sound is off to make it feel more like a real workout.
I mean, I’m not really a fan of speed skating, but they have good choreography and awesome music, so it’s not a bad workout to do. And you can also do it at home. The problem is that it is locked to the screen, and while you can switch off the sound and just keep going, you will still hear the sound be made, plus the video is locked to the screen.
So to get it to feel more like a real workout, you have to go to YouTube and watch a speed skating video, then switch the video to sound off and switch it back on.
I found the speed skating workouts to be a bit distracting when I first started doing them, but they have become so much easier and faster over time. I think I did it in about two minutes or less.
I know I sound like a speed skater talking, but I’m in a constant state of adrenaline rush and my heart rate is always higher than the speeds I’m skating at. So yes, this has become my new norm.
Some people hate speed skating because they feel like they are too fast. I love it because I get to see my friends speed skating together. I find it to be a great way to meet new people. I also love to go fast and blast around the track on the bike, which I also have learned to do better in a speed skating workout. And you can also do a speed skating workout and ride your bike at the same time, but that will just be for fun.
I have been a speed skating fanatic since I was a kid, so I’ve been doing it for more than a decade. Most of my friends had never seen me on skates, but I had always seemed to be in a rush to go to the gym and hit the track. I figured that if I were going to get a workout, I was going to get it faster than them, so I started speed skating with them.
So, yes, you can have a speed skating workout and do it in the gym, and that’s great. The problem is you can’t do it anywhere without breaking the law. You may think you can, but you can’t. I know this because I’ve been breaking the law as much as I can. After being arrested for speeding, I am still not in the clear. The reason I was speeding was because I was caught riding my bike.
