A guy that I know just got his friend to do push-ups at home and then his friend went to a different gym and did pull-ups. So I think it shows the same thing.

The idea is that you can do a lot of things at home that you can’t do when you’re not at home, and this makes it easier to perform at home. Just doing a lot of push-ups at home means you’re doing them at a higher intensity, which is easier to do at home.
