I’ve been on a strict and regimented workout regimen for the past six months and I can honestly say that it has made a huge difference in my overall health and wellness. This program is all about building muscle, burning fat, and burning calories.
According to the website, this program incorporates many of the same workouts you’d find at your local gym, but it’s customized for you based on the amount of fat you want to burn.
One of the best parts of the program is the custom designed body fat percentage charts that are available. This is the program that I follow most consistently, and it really is a lot of fun to work out how much fat you need to burn each day. One of the things that really helped me burn the fat I wanted to burn was actually using a body fat percentage chart on the scale I have always used.
I’m not sure why I mention this, but I started using a body fat percentage chart on the scale I carry around with me to get a quick idea of where my body fat is. I can always tell when my body fat is at its normal level because I feel like I’m losing weight. I try to watch my body fat with a scale (or a body fat percentage chart) because I know when I have too much fat, I will feel as if I’m getting thinner.
It’s a good idea to know your body fat percentage. Body fat is a good way to determine how much fat you have in the first place. But if you know your own body fat, it’s easier to keep track of it. So I can always tell when I am at my normal fat level, because I know that I’ll feel like Im getting thinner.
The more I weigh, the bigger I am. The same goes for my body fat percentage. So if I know Im usually at 35% fat, I can tell when I am at a higher body fat level. And because I am able to measure my body fat at a certain level, it is easier to manage and maintain my weight.
Well, there are a few tricks to it. One is that it is common for people to lose weight when they are underweight, when they are overweight, or when they are obese, because a higher body fat percentage means that your body is using more fat. So when I know how much I weigh, I can determine when I have reached a higher body fat percentage.
