As a runner or cyclist, I am constantly reminded that overcommitting yourself can kill you faster than you can run or ride your next mile. I try to make this point a little more obvious during my daily routine.
The problem with overcompromising is that you put yourself at risk of injury, which can kill you faster than you can run or ride your next mile. Your body is actually designed to protect you from injury. That’s why we have a “body” on our website for you to check out. It’s like a fitness tracking tool, where you can see your progress (or lack thereof) over the past month or so.
I think it’s important to not overdo it, but I do think it’s important to be careful with how much you do. If you are doing too much too soon, you can put yourself at risk of injury. If you are doing too little too soon, you might be able to avoid injury on the job. But I don’t want to scare you into doing too much too soon, so I put that bit of information on the site in case you need it.
When it comes to working out, some folks do do too much too soon and end up injuring themselves. Others do do too little too soon and end up avoiding injury on the job. The best way to avoid injury is to get the right amount of work in the beginning. If you are working out too much too soon, you may not be able to do the right amount of work later.
But if your goal is to avoid injury, you have to take that into account. If you are working out too often, you may not be able to do the right amount of work then. If you are working out too little, you may be risking injury. I’ve actually seen this happen to a bunch of my clients when they work out too little. The end result being they end up getting injured.
There are several factors that can cause this to happen. In one study, it was found that the people who worked out too little and injured themselves took too long to recover and had a higher risk of getting cancer. You can even see the same thing happening with high intensity cardio workouts. I know I definitely have seen this happen in my own fitness life. The end result being I have to go back to the gym a lot more now that I’ve started doing more intense workouts.
I think the most important thing to remember when doing a workout too much is that it’s not the best way to learn. You don’t want to be learning something bad. You want to be learning something good. In the case of an intense workout, you want to be doing something that will get your heart rate up. It should take a while to get back to an intensity where you can safely do a lot more.
For a while I tried to hold my workouts to a certain intensity. I would lift my heart rate to about 140-160% of my maximum, then go back to doing things easy. I would lift my heart rate to about 60% max, then go back to doing things easy. But as you get closer to your max heart rate, you should work more slowly. This way, you will be learning something safe, but not dangerous.
If you want to stay at or near your max heart rate, you should always do a warm-up before you lift your heart rate. In other words, you should always do extra work before you’re ready to start working hard. When you don’t know what you’re doing, you should always practice safety to increase your chance of success.
Another thing that goes along with this is the fact that you should always do your warm-up first. There is a possibility that you might not be able to do even a warm-up if you are out of shape. I would recommend doing a warm-up before you go to the gym, and then a short walk or run after you get there. It’s better to avoid the gym after a workout than to do it after a long warmup.
