Ive been doing yoga for about ten years now and its been a really great way to stay fit, but Ive never done many of these stretching exercises. Some of these videos are a little intense, but Ive found them to be a great way to get your blood flowing.
You can do them in your car, or maybe you can do them outside if you have the space, or you can do them in your bedroom where the light comes from a certain angle. I do like to do them in my bedroom sometimes because the lighting is brighter in there so I dont have to worry about my curtains being drawn.
I think this is a great way to stay fit because it is a very fast way to exercise, but the first few exercises are really just about lifting weights. To get going you do a few of these, and then you can do other kinds of exercises after you feel comfortable with your body weight. After you have time to relax you can do more of these, but I dont think this video is for everyone.
I love this idea, and I’m sure you do too. I’ve been doing these for a while now, and I’ve lost so much weight that I have some trouble finding the time to do them, but now that I’ve gotten through the first few, I can honestly say I’ve gone from a size 18 to a size 10. I do love this idea and I think it works well for a lot of people.
