We welcome coverage tips, wedding and event feature submissions, venue announcements, corrections, and editorial feedback. One note first: 2 Forks Events is a publication, not a ticketing platform or event-planning service — we cannot sell tickets or plan your event, but we are glad to point you to good information.

Editorial and event tips

News tips, event coverage suggestions, and general editorial enquiries: editorial@2forksevents.com. We are especially glad to hear about notable tours, festivals, venue openings, and events worth covering. We verify tips against authoritative sources before publishing, so the more detail and links you can share, the better — but a good lead is always welcome even if it is just a pointer in the right direction.

Wedding & event features

To submit a real wedding or event for a possible feature, email editorial@2forksevents.com with the details and photos. Please make sure you have the necessary permissions, including from the photographer and anyone pictured. Selection is editorial — we cannot feature every submission — but we love seeing real celebrations, and a well-documented submission with great photography and a story to tell has the best chance.

Corrections

Accuracy matters to us, especially for event details people act on. To report an error, email corrections@2forksevents.com with the article link, the specific point you believe is wrong, and, where possible, the authoritative source — the official event page or ticketing platform — that supports the correction. We review every substantive report and respond. See our Corrections policy for how we handle changes.

Advertising, sponsorship & contributing

For advertising and sponsored content that meets our standards, see our Advertise and Sponsored Content Policy pages, or write to editorial@2forksevents.com. To contribute a guide, feature, or coverage in your area of event expertise, see Write for Us — note that we do not accept paid guest posts.

Press and media

Journalists and media organisations seeking information about 2 Forks Events, or wishing to cite or reference our work, can find details on our Press page and reach us at editorial@2forksevents.com. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

What we cannot do

Because we are a publication rather than a service, there are things we cannot help with, and it is only fair to be clear about them. We cannot sell you tickets, plan or coordinate your event, recommend or book specific vendors for you, or intervene in a dispute with a ticketing platform, venue, or vendor. For those, you will need the ticketing platform, the venue, or a professional planner directly. What we can do is help you understand your options and plan well — and we are always glad to hear from readers who want to help us cover events more accurately and usefully.

How and when we respond

We read the messages sent to our editorial addresses and aim to respond to substantive enquiries, corrections, and serious pitches as promptly as our resources allow. Because we are a focused editorial operation, we may not be able to reply to every message individually, and we appreciate your understanding. We genuinely value the readers, tipsters, and partners who take the time to get in touch.

Confidential tips

If you have information about an event, venue, or industry matter and need to share it discreetly, say so when you contact us, and we will handle it with appropriate care. We verify information before we publish, and we do not reveal a source who has asked to remain confidential without their agreement. Please remember, though, that we are a publication and not a service: contacting us does not create any professional relationship or obligation on our part.

Letters and feedback

We welcome considered responses to our coverage, including disagreement. If you want to respond to something we have published — to add a perspective, challenge a recommendation, or correct the record — write to editorial@2forksevents.com. Genuine factual errors are handled through our Corrections process; matters of opinion may be suitable for a letter. We think a publication is healthier when its readers can talk back to it, and we read what you send.

A note on response times

We are a focused editorial operation, and we prioritise event tips, corrections, and serious pitches and enquiries. We aim to reply to substantive messages as promptly as we can, though we may not be able to answer every message individually. Messages asking us to sell tickets or plan an event will not receive a substantive reply, because those are not things we do — please direct those to a ticketing platform or a professional planner. For everything else, we are genuinely glad to hear from readers and partners who want to help us cover events more accurately and usefully.

The quickest way to reach the right place

To help your message reach the right place quickly: event tips and general enquiries go to editorial@2forksevents.com; corrections go to corrections@2forksevents.com with the article link and a source; wedding or event feature submissions go to editorial@2forksevents.com with details and photos you have permission to share; and advertising or contribution enquiries are covered on our Advertise and Write for Us pages. Whatever you are writing about, a clear subject line and a link or two help us respond faster.

We read what you send

Behind every editorial address is a person, not a black hole. We genuinely read the tips, corrections, feature submissions, and feedback that come in, and they shape what we cover and how we improve. We cannot promise to reply to everything or to act on every suggestion, but we take substantive messages seriously, and a well-made point — a correction with a source, a tip with detail, a thoughtful piece of feedback — carries real weight with us. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch; readers who do are part of what keeps the publication honest and useful.

If you would like to discuss any of this further, our team is glad to help — email editorial@2forksevents.com and we will respond as promptly as we can. We value clarity and honesty in every relationship, commercial or editorial, and we aim to make working with us straightforward and transparent from the first message onwards.
